不同比例柞树叶对育肥辽宁绒山羊的饲喂效果研究
Study on feeding effect of different proportions of oak leaves on fattening Liaoning cashmere goats

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the feeding effect of different proportions of oak leaves on fattening Liaoning cashmere goats.A total of 32 Liaoning cashmere goats aged about two years old,weighing(48.57±1.98)kg were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates per group(half male and half female),and two goats per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups 1,2,and 3 were fed diets containing 5％,10％,and 20％oak leaves,respectively.The preliminary trial period was 15 days,and the formal experimental period was 45 days.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of experimental group 3 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The cost per unit weight gain of experimental group 3 was the lowest,with an additional profit of 1.15 yuan per goat per day compared to the control group.The muscle water loss rate of experimental group 2 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The study indicates that oak leaves can serve as a high-quality roughage during the fattening period of Liaoning cashmere goats,and the effect is better when the addition ratio is 20％.关键词
