试验旨在确定迷迭香提取物(RE)对肉鸡屠宰性能、肉品质、血清生化指标、免疫功能、抗氧化功能和肝脂质沉积的影响.试验选取10 000只1日龄肉鸡(公、母各半)随机分为2个组,每个组10个重复,每个重复500只肉鸡.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂基础饲粮+150 mg/kg RE,试验期42 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组的肉鸡腹脂重、腹脂率和皮脂率显著降低(P<0.05),全净膛率显著增加(P<0.05);肝脏指数显著降低(P<0.05);血清中白蛋白(ALB)水平显著降低(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平显著增加(P<0.05),白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平显著降低(P<0.05);试验组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05).油红O染色显示,与对照组相比,试验组肝脏橘红色脂滴明显减少,蓝色的细胞核较为清晰.研究表明,肉鸡饲粮中添加RE可以改善肉鸡的屠宰性能,抑制肝脏脂质沉积,提高免疫功能和抗氧化功能.

The aim of this experiment is to determine the effects of rosemary extract(RE)on slaughter performance,meat quality,serum biochemical indices,immune function,antioxidant capacity,and liver lipid deposition in broilers.A total of 10 000 one-day-old broilers(half male and half female)were randomly divided into two groups with 10 replicates in each group and 500 broilers in each replicate.The control group was fed a basic diet,while the experimental group was fed the basic diet supplemented with 150 mg/kg of RE.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the abdominal fat weight,abdominal fat percentage and sebacome percentage of broilers in experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the evisceration rate was significantly increased(P<0.05).Liver index was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Serum albumin(ALB)level was significantly decreased(P<0.05),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels were significantly increased(P<0.05),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Oil red staining showed that compared with the control group,the orange-red lipid droplets in the liver of experimental group were significantly reduced,and the blue nucleus was more clear.Studies have show that dietary RE can improve slaughtering performance,inhibit liver lipid deposition,and enhance immune function and antioxidant function of broilers.
