橘园种草养鹅模式下浙东白鹅肌肉营养物质组成与含量分析OA北大核心CSTPCD
Analysis of muscle nutrient composition and content of Zhedong white goose under the orange orchard geese grazing model
试验旨在分析橘园种草养鹅模式下浙东白鹅胸肌和腿肌营养物质的组成与含量变化.选取300只1日龄浙东白鹅饲养至21日龄,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只.舍饲组饲喂基础饲粮;放牧组全天橘园放牧,自由采食青草;放牧+补饲组全天橘园放牧,在固定位置补饲基础饲粮.预试期20 d,正式试验期50 d.结果显示,与舍饲组相比,放牧组、放牧+补饲组胸肌与腿肌水分与粗蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05),放牧组胸肌与腿肌中天冬氨酸含量显著增加(P<0.05),放牧+补饲组腿肌中谷氨酸含量显著升高(P<0.05).放牧组胸肌饱和脂肪酸(SFA)和单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)和必需脂肪酸(EFA)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05).放牧组腿肌SFA含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),PUFA和EFA含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05).研究表明,橘园生态养殖模式可以改善浙东白鹅的肉品质.
The study was to analyze the changes in the composition and content of nutrients in the breast and leg muscles of Zhedong white geese under the orange orchard goose grazing model.A total of 300 one-day-old Zhedong white geese were raised to 21 days old were selected,and randomly divided into three groups,with five replicates per group,and 20 geese per replicate.The housing group was fed a basic diet,the grazing group was allowed to graze in the orange orchard all day and freely eat green grass,and the grazing+supplementary feeding group grazed in the orange orchard all day and was supplemented with a basic diet at fixed locations.The preliminary trial period was 20 days,and the formal experimental period was 50 days.The results showed that compared with the housing group,the moisture and crude protein content in the breast and leg muscles of the grazing group and the grazing+supplementary feeding group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the crude fat content was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The content of aspartic acid in the breast and leg muscles of the grazing group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of glutamic acid in the leg muscles of the grazing+supplementary feeding group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of saturated fatty acids(SFA)and monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA)in the breast muscles of the grazing group were significantly lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05),and the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)and essential fatty acids(EFA)were significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).The content of SFA in the leg muscles of the grazing group was significantly lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05),and the content of PUFA and EFA was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).The study indicates that the orange orchard goose grazing model can improve the meat quality of Zhedong white geese.
