Biological function of Bacillus natto and its application in livestock and poultry production
摘要
Abstract
Bacillus natto is a type of Bacillus that has strong resistance to adverse conditions and can secrete various effective active substances,such as nattokinase(NK),vitamin K,isoflavones,etc.Bacillus natto has the functions of regulating the intestinal microbial homeosta,anti-inflammation,and immune regulation.Bacillus natto can improve the production performance of broilers and laying hens,maintain the health of livestock and poultry,improve the quality of pork,reduce the content of skatole in pig excrement,accelerate the establishment of intestinal microbial community,reduce the impact of weaning stress on calves,and improve the rumen microbial community structure of dairy cows,thereby improving milk production performance.This article reviews the biological functions of Bacillus natto and its research progress in livestock and poultry production,providing reference for its practical application in animal production.关键词
