Abstract
Aiming at the situation that the uncertainty of probabilistic interval-valued hesitant fuzzy sets(PIVHFSs)is difficult to evaluate accurately,this paper firstly proposes the basic criterion of axiomatic definition of probabilistic interval-valued hesitation fuzzy entropy.Based on the distance measure and the pseudo distance measure of probabilistic interval-valued hesitant fuzzy ele-ments(PIVHFEs),a new entropy measure of PIVHFEs is proposed,which meets the requirements of axiomatic definition and then is extended to PIVHFSs.The new entropy measure can comprehensively characterize the individual and collective uncertainties of PIVHFEs,and possesses some advantages of simple structure and easy understanding.On this basis,the entropy weight method is used to obtain the attribute weight,and a probabilistic interval-valued hesitation fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making model with unknown attribute weights is constructed using TOPSIS(Techniquefor Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)method.The effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method are verified by example analysis and results comparison among differ-ent operators,and the sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters is carried out to illustrate its stability.In conclusion,the new entropy measure provides a new way to solve the multi-attribute decision making problem.关键词
