Research progress of ventricular-arterial coupling in patients with septic shock
摘要
Abstract
Septic shock is a critical disease with acute cardiovascular decompensation and hemo-dynamic disturbance caused by severe infection.Because cardiovascular function depends on the dy-namic interaction between the heart and the circulation,optimizing the matching relationship between the heart and blood vessels helps to improve cardiovascular function in patients with septic shock.Ventricular-arterial coupling refers to the mutually matching relationship between cardiac function and peripheral vascular function,and the evaluation of ventricular-arterial coupling facilitates the early de-tection of potentially dangerous patients.In this review,we discuss the concept of septic shock,the mechanisms of ventricular-arterial coupling,the factors associated with ventricular-arterial coupling in patients with septic shock,and the assessment tools.关键词
