摘要
Abstract
Seat belt syndrome refers to the associated injuries caused by the use of seat belts,characterized by three major features:skin ecchymosis/petechiae,visceral injuries,and fractures.A-mong the etiological classifications of visceral injuries,parenchymal and hollow viscera injuries are predominant,while mesenteric vascular injuries are relatively rare,with limited reports in the litera-ture.This article presents two cases of seat belt syndrome,primarily involving mesenteric vascular in-juries,leading to hemorrhagic shock,with one case resulting in death and the other having a good prognosis.A literature review is also provided for reference.关键词
