摘要

Abstract

In the context of globalization and technological revolution,the architectural ceramic industry is facing unprece-dented challenges and opportunities.Digital transformation is of great significance for architectural ceramic enterprises to a-chieve sustained growth and maintain competitiveness.This article first analyzes the challenges faced by the architectural ceramic industry,including consumer experience replication,logistics and distribution,market and consumer education,and online and offline channel integration.Then,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in-cluding improving consumer experience,building e-commerce platforms,optimizing logistics systems,strengthening cus-tomer service support and services,implementing digital marketing,achieving a balance between online and dealer relation-ships,and actively handling negative online news.Finally,this article summarizes the necessity of implementing online transformation strategies and emphasizes the importance of architectural ceramic enterprises responding to market challen-ges and seizing the opportunities of digital transformation.
