呼吸功能训练联合下肢康复机器人对脑卒中患者下肢功能的影响
Effect of respiratory function training combined with lower limb rehabilitation robot on lower limb function of stroke patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of respiratory function training combined with lower limb rehabilitation robot on lower limb function in stroke patients.Methods A total of 48 stroke patients(first onset and disease course of 1 to 3 months)admit-ted to Dalian Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from 2020 to 2021 were randomly divided in-to control group(n=24)and experiment group(n=24).Both groups received routine rehabilitation treatment and robot-assisted therapy for 4 weeks,while the experiment group received extra respiratory training.Before and after 4 weeks of treatment,lower limb function were evaluated with functional ambulation category scale(FAC),Fugl-Meyer assessment-lower extremities(FMA-LE),Berg balance scale(BBS)and Rivermead mobility index(RMI).Results There were no significant different scores of FAC、FMA-LE、BBS、RMI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).All the scores of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treat-ment(P<0.05).The scores of FAC[3.0(1.0,4.0)vs.2.0(1.0,4.0),P=0.029],FMA-LE[(22.38±6.42)vs.(18.62±6.18),P=0.045],BBS[(32.83±5.74)vs.(28.67±7.17),P=0.031],RMI[(7.83±1.63)vs.(6.75±1.70),P=0.029]were all significantly higher than those of control group.Conclusions Respiratory function training combined with robot-assisted therapy can further improve walking function,lower limb motor function,balance function and functional independence of stroke patients.关键词
