基于细乳液聚合的光致变色微胶囊制备及其在织物中的应用性能
Preparation of photochromic microcapsules via mini-emulsion polymerization and its application performance in fabrics

Abstract
The photochromic microcapsules of spiro-pyran were prepared by mini-emulsion polymerization.The microcapsules were uniform in size,with an average particle size of about 100 nm.The absorption peak of the microcapsules was obvious at 550 nm by UV test.By an-alyzing the stress-strain and contact angle of waterborne polyurethane modified with unilater-al chain dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane.The results showed that the modified waterborne polyurethane had better contact angle(111.4 °),higher elongation at break(380%),and ex-cellent fracture strength(5 MPa).Modified waterborne polyurethane was used to adhere photochromic microcapsules onto the surface of the fabric,successfully preparing a recyclable color changing fabric.After UV irradiation,the fabric changed from white to purple,and then returned to its original white color after white light irradiation,show a good patterning.After 13 reversible color changing cycles,the color changing fabric still maintains good photochro-mic performance.In addition,color changing fabrics have hydrophobic with a contact angle of 136.9 ° and air permeability.,making it widely applied in more fields.关键词
