铜掺杂尖晶石Co3O4的制备及其电解水析氧性能研究
Study on preparation of copper-doped spinel Co3O4 and its properties of electrolytic water oxygen evolving
摘要
Abstract
Heteroatom doping is one of the important means to improve the intrinsic catalytic activity of metal oxides.In this paper,the Cu2+was successfully doped into the Co3O4 spinel lattice(Cu@Co3O4)using the hydrothermal and high temperature annealing methods,which was confirmed by X-ray diffraction,Raman,Transmission electron microscope,X-ray photoe-lectron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.Electrochemical performance studies show that Cu@Co3O4 has good oxygen evolution activity and stability,In 1.0 M KOH elec-trolyte,Cu@Co3O4 required an overpotential of 336 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm-2 and a Tafel slope of 119.08 mV dec-1.The main reason is that the oxygen vacancy generated in the Cu2+doped Co3O4 lattice leads to local lattice distortion of Co3O4,triggers rearrange-ment of electrons,promoting the interaction between Cu and Co electrons,thereby improving the intrinsic activity of the catalyst.关键词
