变负载条件下超声电源有功功率的整定与测量
Setting and measurement of active power of ultrasonic power supply under variable load conditions

Abstract
A power measurement method is proposed to improve the active power measurement accuracy and get rid of the high-order harmonic interference of ultrasonic power supply under variable load conditions.In this method,the capacitive voltage divider and current transformer are used to collect the voltage and current signals at both ends of the transducer in the ultrasonic system.After these signals are converted into digital signals by the A/D chip,a band-pass filter is designed to filter out high-order harmonics.The DC component containing the phase difference is obtained by the digital phase detector(DPD),and the effective values of the voltage and current signals under variable load conditions are obtained by combining the improved effective value calculation method,and the active power is calculated.So far,the high-precision measurement of the power parameters of the ultrasonic system driving the transducer under variable load conditions is realized.Finally,the feasibility and correctness of the measurement scheme are verified by simulations and experiments.关键词
