摘要
Abstract
Blood glucose variability is an unstable state of blood glucose levels between highest point and lowest point,which is the result of an imbalance in the body's homeostasis.High blood glucose variability has a greater harmful impact on patients with coronary heart disease than chronic persistent hyperglycemia.Exploring the impact of high blood glucose variability on coronary heart disease and its prognosis is particularly important in improving the clinical prognosis of coronary heart disease patients.This article summarizes the early identification and intervention of high blood glucose variability,the impact of high blood glucose variability on endothelial function and coronary artery plaques in coronary heart disease patients,in order to provide a better theoretical basis for clinical practice.关键词
