Study on the Win-win Effect of Economic Efficiency Increase,Pollution and Carbon Reduction of National Green Mine Pilot Demonstration Projects

Abstract
The establishment of the National Green Mine Pilot Demonstration is an important transformation in the production methods of the mining industry,and it is a significant measure to integrate the concept of"green development concept"throughout the entire process of mining industry transformation.The article explores the economic and environmental impact pathways of the National Green Mine Pilot Demonstration on economic efficiency,pollution reduction,and carbon emission mitigation from a theoretical perspective.Utilizing data from 284 prefecture-level cities spanning from 2005 to 2022 as research samples,the study employs the multi-period DID method to elucidate and examine the mechanism and promotion effect of the National Green Mine Pilot Demonstration on economic efficiency,pollution reduction,and carbon emission mitigation.Research has found that the National Green Mine Pilot Demonstration can lead to a mutually beneficial situation for both economic efficiency and pollution reduction in the pilot prefecture-level cities.The National Green Mine Pilot Demonstration is regulated by government special funds,biased technological innovation,and green credit,which significantly promote the realization of economic efficiency and pollution reduction in the pilot prefecture-level cities.The economic efficiency of the National Green Mine Pilot Demonstration presents such a trend as growth type to mature type to decline type to regeneration type.In terms of pollution reduction and carbon reduction effects,the carbon emission reduction shows such a decreasing trend as decline type to regeneration type to growth type to mature type.Therefore,it is essential to summarize and enhance the successful experience of the National Green Mine Pilot Demonstration as soon as possible,and quickly promote them,forming a green mining construction standard system that leads mining standards and covers the entire industry,and issuing targeted and differentiated guidelines as well as development plans for green mining in resource-based cities.关键词
