业绩下滑对企业数字化转型的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Performance Decline on Enterprise Digital Transformation:Based on Performance Gap Theory and S-O-R Model

Abstract
In the context of VUCA's environment,when enterprises encounter the adverse impact of declining performance,whether they can adhere to the digital transformation strategy is crucial to the high-quality development of enterprises and even the country.Based on the performance gap theory and the S-O-R model,this paper selects data from Chinese A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2017 to 2022 to explore whether the decline in performance can stimulate the digital transformation behavior of enterprises,and further analyzes the differences of this influencing mechanism under different conditions.The results show that the decline in performance can stimulate the digital transformation of enterprises,and the stimulating effect of the decline in performance on the digital transformation of enterprises is more obvious in regions with high digital level and low environmental uncertainty.Further research finds that there is an optimal two-year window period for the stimulating effect of performance decline on enterprise digital transformation,and if enterprises do not act within two years,they will have no motivation to carry out digital transformation.There is a"Matthew effect"in stimulating the digital transformation of enterprises due to declining performance,that is,enterprises with a high original digital foundation are more likely to successfully achieve digital transformation.Therefore,in order to get rid of the unfavorable dilemma of declining performance,enterprises should follow the trend of the digital era,make full use of digital resources,and promote their digital transformation and upgrading.Local governments should implement policies according to local conditions and enterprises,and provide differentiated policy support to enterprises at different levels of development,so as to help more enterprises seize the opportunities of digital transformation,so as to improve the quality and development level of the overall digital economy.关键词
