摘要
Abstract
Due to signal blockage by the hull of large cruise ships,wireless signals often struggle to penetrate and cover interior areas.This paper first reviews existing coverage solutions for large cruise ships and identifies associated challenges.A sea-to-ground(STG)solution utilizing shipborne base stations for interior coverage is then investigated,with a focus on wireless backhaul methods for the shipborne base station and the feasibility of using shore-based base stations with ultra-long-range Relay backhaul.Additionally,this study explores solutions for the shipborne base station to serve both 2C and 2B users,implement precise indoor positioning,and address network security issues within the shipborne communication system.Finally,an"Integrated Network for Dual-Use"STG communication solution for shipborne applications is proposed.关键词
