Wireless Resource Management for Marine Mobile Communication Networks

Abstract
Marine mobile communication networks are increasingly crucial for ensuring maritime operational safety,enhancing ocean monitoring efficiency,and enabling effective information sharing on ocean environmental data and maritime infrastructure status.However,the unique challenges of the marine environment and diverse communication demands create obstacles in wireless resource management,such as limited spectrum availability and the need to adapt to dynamic ocean conditions.This paper investigates intelligent wireless resource management strategies aimed at optimizing network performance and resource utilization in marine mobile communication networks.We first outline the architecture of these networks,including integrated space-air-ground-sea communication and collaborative maritime networking.Key wireless resource adaptation technologies are then examined,such as digital twins,network slicing,and dynamic spectrum sharing driven by LLMs.Additionally,we discuss mobility management applications,including signaling handover processes,intelligent beam-hopping scheduling,and dynamic edge random access techniques.Together,these strategies enhance wireless resource efficiency and network performance,providing a strong foundation for building efficient and reliable marine mobile communication networks.关键词
