Abstract
To address the challenges of load balancing in expanding 4G/5G networks,characterized by multi-system and multi-band configurations,and to overcome the inefficiencies and errors inherent in manual analysis,optimization,and evaluation,this study developed a highly efficient system.Utilizing existing network performance metrics and cell configuration data from operators,the system automates data collection,storage,analysis,and adjustment,significantly enhancing both the efficiency of load balancing and the accuracy of solutions.The system analyzes co-covered cells from both vertical and horizontal perspectives,automatically identifying high-load and imbalanced cells based on performance indicators.It then intelligently adjusts neighboring cell parameters,power,priority,and interoperability settings using expert solutions and a cell parameter configuration table,followed by an evaluation of the outcomes.Field tests of network balancing have confirmed the system's capability to achieve its intended functionality,effectively replacing manual processes in resolving the majority of cell load balancing issues,and notably improving user experience and operational efficiency.关键词
