Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of carbon dioxide(CO2)fractional laser combined with hydroxychloroquine on facial erythema and quality of life in patients with rosacea.Methods 80 patients with rosacea admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into single group(40 cases)and combined group(40 cases).The single group was treated with hydroxychloroquine,and the combined group was treated with CO2 fractional laser combined with hydroxychloroquine.Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 months.The facial erythema,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month,2 months and 3 months of treatment,the CEA score and DLQI score of the combined group were lower than those of the single group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the combined group was 7.50％,which had no statitsical difference with 2.50％in the single group(P>0.05).Conclusions CO2 fractional laser combined with hydroxychloroquine can significantly improve the facial erythema in patients with rosacea,and improve the quality of life,which is safe and reliable.关键词
