摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of neurophysiological monitoring technique in discectomy for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 70 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into observation group(discectomy assisted with neuroelectrophysiological monitoring technique)and control group(without neuroelectrophysiological monitoring technique during surgery).The surgical related indicators,pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the postoperative first out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score at 3 months after surgery of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,lower than 22.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Neurophysiological monitoring technique in discectomy for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has significant application value,which can promote postoperative recovery,improve body pain degree,and reduce the surgical risk of patients.
