Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of transvaginal and transabdominal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of irregular vaginal bleeding.Methods After admission,90 patients with suspected irregular vaginal bleeding received transvaginal and transabdominal color ultrasound,respectively.Taking pathological results of uterine contents as criterion,the consistency of ultrasound results of irregular vaginal bleeding was analyzed.Results 78 cases of 90 suspected cases of irregular vaginal bleeding were diagnosed.κ test showed that the results of transabdominal ultrasound had general consistency with those of pathology(κ=0.603,P<0.05),and the results of transvaginal ultrasound had better consistency with those of pathology(κ=0.940,P<0.05).The diagnostic efficacy of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of irregular vaginal bleeding was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound has better differential effect and higher diagnostic efficiency in the diagnosis of irregular vaginal bleeding,which can provide reference for the formulation and improvement of subsequent relevant treatment plans.关键词
