Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of stereotactic soft-channel minimally invasive hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods 76 HICH patients were divided into reference group(38 cases,traditional surgery)and study group(38 cases,stereotactic soft-channel minimally invasive hematoma removal)according to different surgical methods.The operation status,neurological function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group,the residual volume of hematoma was lower than that of the reference group,and the hematoma clearance rate was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).1 month after surgery,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the BI score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional surgery,stereotactic soft-channel minimally invasive hematoma removal has better effect in the treatment of HICH,can significantly shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,and improve the neurological function and daily living ability of patients.关键词
