Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR)complicated with macular edema(ME).Methods 84 DR patients with ME admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with laser photocoagulation,and the combined group was treated with intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with laser photocoagulation.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure,central macular thickness(CMT),subfoveal choroidal thickness(SFCT)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the BCVA of the combined group was better than that of the control group,while the CMT and SFCT were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);no statistical difference was found in the intraocular pressure and incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with laser photocoagulation has no significant effect on intraocular pressure in DR patients with ME,but it can significantly improve the visual acuity,reduce the CMT and SFCT with high safety.关键词
