Abstract

Objective To analyze the treatment effect of Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 120 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into reference group(n=60)and combined group(n=60).The reference group was only treated with blue light irradiation,and the combined group was treated with Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets on the basis of the reference group.Both groups were treated continuously for 5 days.The clinical efficacy,blood bilirubin level,jaundice regression time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 95.00%,higher than 83.33%in the reference group(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the serum total bilirubin and conjugated bilirubin levels of the combined group were lower than those of the reference group,and the jaundice regression time was shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Yinzhihuang Granules combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets has significant effect in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,and can significantly reduce the blood bilirubin level,accelerate the jaundice regression with high safety.
