艾托格列净联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的效果及安全性分析
Analysis on the Effect and Safety of Etoglitazone Combined with Acarbose in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and safety of etoglitazone combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 90 T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with acarbose,while the observation group was treated with etoglitazone combined with acarbose.The blood glucose,blood pressure,body mass index,insulin resistance indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FBG,2hPG,HbA1c and SBP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMI of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SP was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Etogliflozin combined with acarbose can improve the blood glucose,blood pressure levels and insulin resistance in T2DM patients,and reduce the body weight,with high treatment safety.关键词
