Observation on the Effect of Fire Dragon Cupping"under the Umbilicus Camp"Method Combined with Femoston in Treatment of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire dragon cupping"under the umbilicus camp"method combined with Femoston in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 72 patients with POI of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=36,fire dragon cupping"under the umbilicus camp"method combined with Femoston)and control group(n=36,Femoston).The clinical efficacy and sex hormone levels before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FSH level of the two groups decreased,and the E2 and AMH levels increased(P<0.05);The FSH level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the E2 and AMH levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fire dragon cupping"under the umbilicus camp"method combined with Femoston has significant efficacy in the treatment of POI of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,can effectivetly regulate the sex hormone level and improve the ovarian function,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.关键词
