Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with flunarizine on the clinical efficacy and hemodynamic indicators of patients with vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity type.Methods 68 cases of patients with vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity type admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into combined group(n=34)and reference group(n=34).The reference group was treated with flunarizine,and the combined group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng decoction on the basis of reference group.The clinical efficacy and hemodynamic indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 91.18%,higher than 70.59%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean blood flow velocity(Vm)of vertebral artery and basilar artery in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group,while the vascular pulsatility index(PI)was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with flunarizine in the treatment of patients with vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity type has significant effect,can significantly improve the hemodynamic indicators,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
