Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of 0.01％atropine eye drops on ocular biological parameters of myopic children aged 6-10 years.Methods 84 myopic children aged 6-10 years admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The control group was only treated with full-corrected single-focus frame glasses,and the study group was treated with 0.01％atropine eye drops on the basis of the control group.The ocular biological parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the intraocular pressure between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the axial length and spherical equivalent degree of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 14.29％,which had no statistical difference with 4.76％in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions 0.01％atropine eye drops can effectively delay the increase of axial length and spherical equivalent degree in myopic children aged 6-10 years,but has no significant impact on intraocular pressure with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
