Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum rheumatoid factor(RF),soluble stromal lysin 2(sST2)levels and disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 80 RA patients admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into active group(n=52)and remission group(n=28)according to DAS28 score.Another 50 healthy volunteers with physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Results Comparison of serum RF and sST2 levels among the three groups:active group>remission group>control group,with statistical difference among the three groups(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum RF and sST2 levels were significantly positively correlated with disease activity in patients with RA(r=0.586,0.579,P=0.013,0.018).Conclusions Serum RF and sST2 expressions are significantly elevated in patients with RA during the active phase of the disease,and there was significant correlation between serum RF,sST2 levels and the disease activity degree in RA patients.关键词
