Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of quetiapine combined with tandospirone in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 150 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with quetiapine,and the observation group was treated with quetiapine combined with tandospirone.The psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the PANSS scores of the two groups decreased,and the PANSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LOTCA scores of the two groups increased,and the LOTCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.67％,which had no statistical difference with 12.00％in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Quetiapine combined with tandospirone in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia can relieve the symptoms,and improve the cognitive function of patients,with higher safety.关键词
