Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of aminomethylbenzoic acid combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding(NVUGIB).Methods 90 NVUGIB patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into single group(45 cases)and combined group(45 cases).The single group was treated with esomeprazole,and the combined group was treated with aminomethylbenzoic acid combined with esomeprazole.The clinical efficacy,coagulation function indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 91.11％,significantly higher than 73.33％in the single group(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the APTT and PT were shorter than those before treatment,and the FIB levels were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The APTT and PT of the combined group were shorter than those of the single group,and the FIB level was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 11.11％,which had no statistical difference with 6.67％in the single group(P>0.05).Conclusions Aminomethylbenzoic acid combined with esomeprazole can significantly improve the coagulation function of NVUGIB patients,has definite treatment effect and is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
