补肾活血舒筋方治疗椎间盘源性颈痛的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Shujin Decoction in the treatment of discogenic neck pain.Methods 80 patients with discogenic neck pain were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.The control group was treated with plasma nucleus pulposus shaping surgery,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Shujin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The pain relief rate,traditional Chinese medicine symptom(TCM)score,cervical vertebra dysfunction score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of pain relief in the observation group was 87.5％,higher than 60.0％in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score and cervical vertebra dysfunction score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(10.0％vs.5.0％)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bushen Huoxue Shujin Decoction in the treatment of patients with discogenic neck pain can alleviate the pain degree,and improve the cervical vertebra function,with good safety.关键词
