Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Xuesaitong injection combined with troxerutin on coagulation function and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 98 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with troxerutin,while the observation group was Xuesaitong injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The coagulation function,neurological function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the plasma D-D and FIB levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the PT was shorter than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Xuesaitong injection combined with troxerutin in the treatment of ACI patients can improve the coagulation function,and promote the recovery of neurological function,with higher drug safety.关键词
