Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bacillus licheniformis viable capsules combined with silibinin meglumine in the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis(AC).Methods 138 AC patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with silibinin meglumine,and the observation group was treated with silibinin meglumine combined with Bacillus licheniformis viable capsules.The clinical efficacy,liver function,intestinal mucosal barrier function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TBIL,ALT,AST,endotoxin and diamine oxidase levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bacillus licheniformis viable capsules combined with silibinin meglumine in the treatment of AC patients has better effect,which can improve the liver function and intestinal mucosal barrier function without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
