Abstract
Objective To compare the impact of painless artificial abortion and medical abortion with curettage on women with termination of early pregnancy.Methods 70 women with termination of early pregnancy in our hospital from September 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received painless artificial abortion,and the observation group received medical abortion with curettage.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the abdominal pain duration of the observation group was longer,the vaginal bleeding time was shorter,and the VAS score at 1 day after operation was higher(P<0.05).After operation,the estradiol(E2)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the luteinizing hormone(LH)level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Painless artificial abortion causes less pain,while medical abortion with curettage can regulate the sex hormone levels in women with termination of early pregnancy,shorten the vaginal bleeding time,without serious complications.关键词
