Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with azithromycin on pulmonary inflammation and pulmonary function in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods 122 MPP children admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the two groups,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the study group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with azithromycin.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The improvement of clinical symptoms,pulmonary inflammation related indicators and pulmonary function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The cough relief time,body temperature recovery time and pulmonary rale disappearance time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the serum IL-6,CRP and PCT levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the FEV1,MMV and FEV1/FVC were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with azithromycin can promote the rapid relief of clinical symptoms in MPP children,and significantly reduce the pulmonary inflammation and improve the pulmonary function.关键词
