Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for painless delivery in primiparas.Methods 98 primiparas admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into combined group(49 cases,combined spinal-epidural anesthesia)and control group(49 cases,epidural anesthesia).The anesthesia dosage,anesthesia onset time,labor duration,stress response indicators and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The first stage and second stage of labor time,and anesthesia onset time in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group,and the anesthesia dosage was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum serum norepinephrine(NE)and cortisol(Cor)levels of the combined group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for painless delivery in primiparas has the advantages of rapid onset,less anesthesia dosage,mild postpartum stress reaction,and high safety.关键词
