Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of lever positioning technique for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Methods 70 adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).Both groups were treated with Schroth training method,and the study group was treated with lever positioning technique.The Cobb angle,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),clinical efficacy,negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Cobb angle and ODI score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anxiety subscale(HADS-A),depression subscale(HADS-D)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the score of the Scoliosis Research Society Questionnaire(SRS-22)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Lever positioning technique in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis has significant effect,which can improve the patients'Cobb angle,restore the spinal function,and reduce the impact of scoliosis on the patients'mental state and quality of life.关键词
