Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum STNFR-Ⅱ,KIM-1,β2-MG levels and early renal injury in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods 100 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study group, and 100 healthy pregnant women in our hospital during the same period were selected as the reference group. The serum STNFR-Ⅱ,KIM-1 and β2-MG levels were compared between the study group and the reference group,as well as between patients with and without early renal injury in study group. The correlation between serum STNFR-Ⅱ,KIM-1,β2-MG levels and early renal injury in patients with gestational hypertension was analyzed. Results The serum STNFR-Ⅱ,KIM-1 and β2-MG levels in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The serum STNFR-II,KIM-1 and β2-MG levels in patients with early renal injury of the study group were higher than those in patients without early renal injury(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis results showed that serum STNFR-Ⅱ,KIM-1 and β2-MG levels were significantly positively correlated with early renal injury in patients with gestational hypertension(r=0.621,0.583,0.604,P=0.000,0.000,0.000).Conclusions Serum STNFR-Ⅱ,KIM-1 and β2-MG levels are closely related to early renal injury in patients with gestational hypertension.Clinically, whether early kidney injury occurs can be evaluated by detecting serum STNFR-Ⅱ,KIM-1 and β2-MG levels of patients with gestational hypertension.关键词
