Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangxin Anshen Decoction combined with clozapine in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia(CS)and the influence on mental state of patients.Methods 82 CS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with clozapine,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangxin Anshen Decoction combined with clozapine.The treatment effect,mental state and cognitive function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PANSS scores of the two groups decreased,and the PANSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ACCT score of the two groups increased,and the ACCT score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Yiqi Yangxin Anshen Decoction combined with clozapine has definite effect in the treatment of CS,which can improve the patient's mental state and enhance the cognitive function.关键词
