Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of muscle strengthening training in patients with meniscus injury after arthroscopic surgery.Methods 94 patients with meniscus injury after arthroscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(47 cases).The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given muscle strength intensive training.Both groups were given continuous training intervention for 3 months.The knee joint muscle strength,proprioception and knee joint function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the peak torque(PT)values of flexor,extensor muscles and Lysholm knee score system(LKSS)score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the trajectory error and average weight-bearing force difference were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Muscle strength intensive training can effectively improve the knee joint muscle strength and proprioception in patients with meniscus injury after arthroscopic surgery,and promote the recovery of knee joint function in patients,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.关键词
