Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel combined with dextran hydroxypropyl methylcellulose eye drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia.Methods 80 patients with xerophthalmia were randomly divided into reference group(40 cases)and combined group(40 cases).The reference group was treated with dextran hydroxypropyl methylcellulose eye drops,and the combined group was treated with deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel combined with dextran hydroxypropyl methylcellulose eye drops.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,tear film stability indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 95.00％,higher than 80.00％in the reference group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the BUT of the combined group was longer than that of the control group,the SIt value was higher than that of the reference group,and the FL score was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).During treatment,no statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Deproteinized calf blood extract eye gel combined with dextran hydroxypropyl methylcellulose eye drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,enhance the tear film stability in patients,and is safe and reliable.关键词
