Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of doctor-nurse integrated nursing mode on rescue success rate and complications of patients with severe traumatic shock.Methods 105 patients with severe traumatic shock admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into study group(53 cases)and reference group(52 cases).The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given doctor-nurse integrated nursing mode.The emergency response time,rescue success rate and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue time,time from emergency to operation,the time of establishing venous channel and special examination time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The rescue success rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Doctor-nurse integrated nursing mode can shorten the emergency response time of medical staff,improve the rescue success rate in patients with severe traumatic shock and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
