Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of relaxation training combined with narrative nursing on the psychological state and hope level of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)in the hematology department.Methods 82 patients undergoing HSCT in the hematology department from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received relaxation training,while the observation group received relaxation training combined with narrative nursing.The psychological state[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)]and hope level[Hope Hierarchy Index(HHI)]were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the HHI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Relaxation training combined with narrative nursing for patients undergoing HSCT in the hematology department can effectively alleviate the psychological state and improve the hope level,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
