Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of prospective nursing mode in endobronscopy ultrasonography(EBUS).Methods 140 EBUS patients in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were divided into two groups according to the nursing mode.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received prospective nursing on the basis of the control group.The nagative emotions,physiological indicators,adverse reactions and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SBP,DBP and HR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing management,work efficiency and nursing operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Prospective nursing mode can improve the nursing quality of EBUS,reduce the psychological and physiological stress reaction,and incidence of adverse reactions of patients.关键词
