Abstract

Autonomous loading and unloading is a key technology that urgently needs to be breakthrough in the construction of intelligent mines.A reasonable loading program for electric shovels and mining dump trucks can significantly reduce the difficulty of autonomous loading and unloading operations for electric shovels,and reduce the impact of complex dynamic loads on the mechanical performance of the carriage.Taking a certain model of carriage as the research object,a stacking model is established based on the bucket capacity calibration method,and the stacking volume is determined.Three different loading programs are proposed based on the installation characteristics and structural features of the carriage,combined with actual loading experience on site.The discrete element method is used to simulate and analyze the loading capacity,material uniformity,and pressure borne by the bottom plate of the carriage under different loading programs.On this basis,the mechanical characteristics of the carriage under full load conditions are studied through simulation analysis.The results show that placing the loading position at the full load center and front position can increase the loading capacity,and the loading position of each shovel should be as close as possible to the central axis in the transverse direction of the carriage.The loading program 2 proposed in this paper has the highest loading capacity,and the material can be filled into the bucket through its own stacking characteristics,with better uniformity.And the total pressure on the bottom plate of the carriage is minimized after the material is filled.The maximum displacement of the carriage is 7.50 mm and the maximum stress is 326.85 MPa,which meets the requirements of stiffness and strength design.
