铁路辙叉用新型高氮高锰钢的耐腐蚀性能研究
Study on corrosion resistance of a novel high nitrogen high manganese steel for railway frogs

Abstract
The corrosion resistance of a new type of high-nitrogen high-manganese steel,Mn18Cr7C0.6N0.2 steel,used in railway frogs,and traditional high-manganese steel,Mn13C1.1 steel,was investigated in a simulated marine industrial atmospheric environment using electrochemical test and salt spray corrosion experiment.The corrosion resistance and corrosion products were compared by means of metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and X-ray diffraction analysis.Electrochemical test results show that Mn18Cr7C0.6N0.2 steel exhibited a higher corrosion potential,lower corrosion current density and reduced susceptibility to corrosion in the simulated marine industrial atmospheric environment,when compared to Mn13C1.1 steel,which can be attributed to the alloying treatment of high-manganese steel with low C content and increased Cr and N content.The salt spray corrosion test reveals that Mn18Cr7C0.6N0.2 steel displayed a lower corrosion weight gain than that of Mn13C1.1 steel after the same corrosion time,indicating superior corrosion resistance.This improvement can be attributed to the formation of a more compact rust layer and the generation of a protective α-FeOOH.关键词
