摘要
Abstract
The quality of standards plays an important role in supporting the high-quality development.The quality of standards is restricted by many factors,including the perfection degree of the standards system,the standardization of the whole process of standards development and revision,the integration of standards and scientific&technological innovation,the standardization level of standards drafters,and the degree of standard verification tests.The evaluation of standard quality is also a complicated process,which needs to be comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of standardization,applicability,operability,and advancement.The improvement of standard quality is a systematic project.This paper puts forward some suggestions on improving standard quality from six aspects:the optimization and perfection of standards system,the organization and quality control abilities of the secretariat of standardization technical committees,the allocation of standards drafting units and drafters,the whole-process examination of standards development,the integration of standards and scientific&technological innovation,as well as the promotion,supervision,and reexamine of standards.This paper emphasizes that the subjective initiative of members of standardization technical committees,secretariat staff,standards drafters and standards examination experts should be fully exerted.关键词
