Explorations of the Appropriateness of Uniform Legislation on Geographical Indications
摘要
Abstract
Geographical Indications are China's predominant intellectual property resources,but there are many limitations and conflicts in current diversified protection modes.The unified legislation on geographical indications can solve this problem,and China has had the theoretical and practical basis for the legislation.In terms of specific measures,this paper suggests that uniform standards should be developed in aspects such as expression form,examination procedures,and regulatory system,in order to enhance the protection of geographical indications and the efficiency of legal application.关键词
