摘要
Abstract
As important technical support and strategic resources for the industry,standards,patents,and standard essential patents are key factors to promote innovation of the 5G industry,and have become innovation resources highly valued by countries and major regions around the world.At present,many governments and third-party institutions have conducted statistical analysis and research on the patent activities of global 5G enterprises to find out the innovative trends of the global 5G industry,but there is no comprehensive objective evaluation.According to the innovation and development characteristics of 5G enterprises,this paper constructs the comprehensive strength evaluation index system of 5G enterprises from the dimensions of standards,patents,and standard essential patents,which can help enterprises fully understand their own competitive advantages and disadvantages,promote cooperation and innovation among enterprises,provide scientific basis for government policy formulation,and promote the healthy development of the industry.关键词
